What was life like in Europe 500 years ago on October 17, 1517?  What was it in Martin Luther’s life that led him to finally understand that, “The Just Shall Live by Faith?”

There are only two ways to live. One is right and one is wrong.  Martin Luther tried to live the wrong way until he discovered the great truth from Paul's Letter to the Romans.

Remember that famous line from the movie Apollo 13? There has been a explosion of some kind and the spacecraft was shaking and twisting through space and Jim Lovell got on the com and said, "Houston, we have a problem." 

Humankind also has a problem. The whole human race is under sin. It's a problem so severe and so horrible, that if the problem is not correctly diagnosed and if the problem is not solved, then we are under the wrath of God for all eternity and destined to live the horrible consequences of our sin. "Man, we have a problem."

People raise all kinds of objections to Christianity and the truth of God's Word, but in the end God always wins.  We must be careful not to use our questions and objections as an excuse for not submitting ourselves to God, repenting of our sin, and trusting in Christ.
